Deliveries

England, Scotland and Wales:

• Carriage will be paid on orders in excess of 400.00 GBP
• For smaller orders there will be a charge of 10.00 GBP to cover P&P.

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man

• Carriage will be paid on all orders over 500.00 GBP
• For orders below this there will be a charge of 15.00 GBP to cover P&P.

All Other Countries

• Prices are FOB. Ex-Works

Payment Terms?

• First order payments must be made by Proforma
• Payments for further orders must be made to our account within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
• 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue accounts.

Repairs/Product Guarantee?

• All Smith & Canova goods are guaranteed against "Fair Wear & Tear" for a period of 6 months and will be repaired free of charge.
• After this period Smith & Canova are not liable for repair charges.
• Please note that goods cannot be replaced if a replacement part can be fitted.

Care and Cleaning?

• For leather products only the best way to clean our products is with a neutral leather care cream.
• Apply a small amount to a duster and work into the leather.
• Buff to shine after allowing to dry.
• For suede and nubuck products treat with a scotch guard leather and suede spray before use.
