Working Days
Working day deliveries apply to the following working day, provided they are placed before 1pm (GMT/BST).
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays and our Christmas closing period 24th Dec - 2nd Jan
For example: A Next Day Delivery order placed at 1pm on a Monday will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the following working day (Tuesday). An order placed at 3pm on a Monday will be dispatched the following day (Tuesday) for delivery on the Wednesday. An order placed on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day.

Tracking
Any tracking numbers will be emailed when order dispatch is confirmed. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number please contact us and we will provide you with one.
